Terms and conditions of stay

• Check In –From 14.00. Check out by 11.00. (Unless otherwise agreed.)
• Bookings may be made by telephone or email.
• Reservation confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Payment constitutes acceptance of our terms and conditions.
• Check in is on arrival date. A form of photo I.D. is required.
• Should the guest not arrive by 08.00 the following day and no communication has been received, the booking will be cancelled.
• If for any reason (eg fault or failure) we are unable to honour your reservation a full refund will be given.
• The apartments are cleaned prior to arrival and after departure only, and are not serviced during the stay.
• Smoking is not permitted within the apartments or the cabins.
• Damage and Breakages will be charged.
• Parking is provided for Forest Villa guests only.
• The maximum number of people staying cannot be more than agreed with the owner.
• Guests’ visitors are only permitted on the premises between 09.00 and 21.00.
• Guests are not permitted to pass on the apartment or cabin to third parties.
• Guests are asked to notify the owner with any concerns regarding their safety and security: (eg something damaged or broken or other hazard.) So that quick remedial action may be taken.
• Personal gas and electric heating appliances are not permitted.
• Guests should be respectful and considerate of neighbours and fellow guests. Antisocial and disruptive behaviour is not permitted..
• Non - compliance of our rules may lead to the guests being asked to leave without refund.
